Does anyone have any distro recommendations for personal use? I would like something that will push me to learn a little more about computing and Linux. I've used mint and Ubuntu before, and I've been considering trying out LMDE.

I was led to believe that installing Arch would be very difficult. Not only is it not all that difficult, the worst part is after you install it.I don't think I really understand the meaning of the words minimal OS until I had to install the sudo package myself.
