@Shadowman311 On second thought this guy is kinda sus. I can't stop looking at that Baofeng UV-5R radio he has on his chest rig. For one thing it is right up on his right shoulder, meaning if he actually had to use that rifle the radio is in the way. Also it isn't even turned on. If you were out in a situation like that with a radio it would only make sense to turn that thing on so you can immediately use it if needed. Or hear calls for help from your friends. I wonder if it is even programmed and if the guy knows how to use it. It looks like he's just wearing the thing as an ornament.UV-5Rs are a bad choice for a cheapo tactical radio anyways. Too many buttons, too many ways to screw it up and the way it's mounted all the buttons are fully exposed to accidental key presses, especially if he tried to bring that buttstock to his shoulder. He also doesn't have any kind of earpiece/lapel mic installed, so anything he hears on the radio the mob also hears. He'd be better off with a Baofeng BF-888. No buttons, just a 16 ch knob. With channel annunciation turned on and a proper earpiece he wouldn't even have to look at it, just find the big knob and turn. The UV-5R should never have been promoted for the purpose that man is using (or not using) it for. I blame the ham radio spergs in the prepper community.

@sjw I did mine earlier this month. It was weird though, no form was required, just an email to the manager. I am told that it's still "pending" whatever the hell that means. I have a signed letter from my pastor if they ask for anything.I'm at the point now where I look at this as giving them a chance to back down.

@Al_Rex @Samhydeigger If they honestly feel afraid then by all means they should tell the judge and have an alternate put in who isn't afraid. Or if the jury is too intimidated then the judge needs to step up and declare a mistrial. You don't think the defendant doesn't have a gun pointed at his head too? At some point people need to stand up for for what's right.

It's hard to get a signal out of a giant aluminum tube to begin with, but at altitude you're above the coverage of cell antennas, which are focused towards the ground out to the horizion. IIRC in tests with Cessnas they found complete loss of signal above 5000 feet. Yet they claim people were able to make phone calls and send text messages. From 30000 feet.

Still, they escalated things a bit quickly. For all we know the guy might have been hard of hearing. Of course these cops will all walk free and be allowed to continue to "protect and serve." Fucking cowards.I ran into a cop last time I was riding muh motorcycle up in Georgia. Guy pulled me over, asked me if I had a weapon on me. Of course I did, so I said yeah I got a gun and he immediately reached for his pistol. So I put my hands up as he stared at me. I just looked at him. I could sense the fear off him. I was strangely calm though. I wasn't planning on meeting Jesus that night but if I did that was cool too. I was tempted to just smile at him and say "Hands up don't shoot!" for the lulz but thought better of it. Finally he started talking again asking where the gun was. I said inside my pants right hip. Had to tell him again cause he didn't understand the first time. He said to just sit by my bike and he came back and gave me a ticket. Told me to drive safely. As I rode away I was like "Mufuggah! I didn't feel unsafe till you threatened to draw down on me. Sheeit!"Cops are just thugs with badges. And what's worse, is they're all a bunch of scared thugs too. Don't make any sudden moves around them or they might get skeered and shoot you dead. Especially if you're White. Cuz they all know if they shoot Whitey they will walk since it's not racist to shoot White people. Be careful out there.

@ThatWouldBeTelling @jjetty @YeetLibs Looking at the Lowes video of the guy trying to enter the store, it looks like there's an employee very close to the line of fire as the guy in the scooter is being shot. She could have very easily caught a bullet or ricochet from the cop as well. Cops that just shoot willy nilly can endanger bystanders just as much as Jonquarious doing a drive by in the hood.The Tueller drill means nothing in this context. Both cops already had their pistols out and aimed at that man. That drill pertains only to reaction time when your pistol is still holstered. All this over shoplifting, which they let poor, oppressed people of color walk away for all the time because they're afraid of being called racist. There was no hesitation to kill this man because he was just an old White dude. I'm sure they would have gone for the tazer first if he had been black.I'm done with giving cops the benefit of the doubt. They don't do the same for the "civilians" they think they can just lord over like an occupying army. So yes, I'm biased. And I don't care. They won't say no when the government tells them to kick your door down at 3am and send you off to the camps for being a bad thinker.
