Finally got to sit down with my #Librem5 dev kit from #Purism! I'm excited to learn more about SIM cards, GPS, and the FOSS that ties it all together. Will 2019 be the year of the #Linux phone?

Taking my favorite game on Android, untangle, and seeing how it runs on the #Librem5. Looks like I might need to change how the click/touch and drag works... I'm glad @Purism fixed the LCD panel driver. Thanks!

@cigarBGuitarEfxI just recently started working with SQL and our MariaDB cluster at work. Have you played with Grafana yet? I've been using it to graph and visualize our database. I've been very impressed!

@codesections Ah, you beat me! This is a very important poll. I was poking kev and mike about 2.8 yesterday so I could do exactly this. XD

@kevI thought I read about a web standard that covered just this. That way your site can let the client choose depending on their preference! No idea where it's at.

@kev Ah, it's part of CSS called prefers-color-scheme. Pretty neat feature, but not universally supported, although that might change since IE/Edge will be (is?) based on chromium.https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-color-scheme

@mike I don't have any smart devices, but I like this solution using a raspi, mic, and speaker to control what that device can hear.http://bjoernkarmann.dk/project_alias

@tek Yeah, I wasn't sure what to put down for LineageOS. I'm curious to hear what experiences people have had with other Android distros, like CopperheadOS.

@lunduke I really like Simon Tatham's puzzle collection. It's just a collection of binaries though, no fancy frontend to tie them all together. I had to call them from the command line on the Librem5 devkit. My fav is Untangle!Debian package name should be:sgt-puzzles

@codesections I use X2Go to access my remote machines at home. We now use NoMachine 6 at work, which is much fancier and has/should have better Wayland support.https://wiki.x2go.org
