@john Not at all the utility's fault but it's a shame the banning of people sharing Mastodon links resulted in a lot of people not adding them to their bio even though that's no longer the case. The majority of people I am following here that I followed there don't show up and it leaves me wondering who I'm missing.

@stux To be fair, the way Youtube keeps screwing around with their monetization rules, a lot of smaller time creators need to do this if they are trying to make a living on it.

@KatMA I enjoy mstdn.social and @stux seems like a righteous dude. The only tricky part to moving servers is you lose the people you're following and have to go find them again (you can keep people following you). I assume there must be a utility to help with that out there somewhere though.

On the one hand, reduced fat milk is sugar water and banning whole milk was merely a result of sugar industry lobby bullshit fearmongering about fat consumption. On the other hand, drinking whole milk is not going to result in healthier kids and we certainly don't need to expand the dairy industry when it's among the leading drivers of the climate crisis. The culture war is stupid.
