@PINE64 Wow. I wasn't expecting a response. Thank you. I look forward to buying a pinetime and I guess I'll learn a new OS.

@Gargron I'm not sure what you mean. I just want a clear way to make sure I can read *all* new toots since the last toot that I read so that I can feel the satisfaction of being "caught up".

@purism This past month was October. Can we expect an October update soon or is this simply mislabelled? No judgement if it is mislabelled.

@purism I don't see a 3500 mAh battery on the chart. Is that still on the roadmap?

@kop316 @kyle @agx This is the main reason I am considering springing $1300+ on a Librem 5. I currently use a #Pinephone but the lack of (actually useful) killswitches makes me long for something better.

@calebccff Could this give us video out on a OnePlus 6? Or is that a separate (unsolvable) issue?

@jlcrawf I have both a Pinephone and a Librem 5. I found the Librem 5 to run faster and smoother, however it is *heavy* and that did become a problem for me. Also the modem on the Librem 5 is highly unreliable (as bad as the Pinephone modem before @biktorgj wrote new firmware for it). The unreliable nodem meant I missed most SMS/MMS I was supposed to receive. I have since switchhed to a OnePlus 6 running @postmarketOS and it has been amazing.

@craftyguy @gamey Both Nheko amd Fluffychat have working E2E and Spaces. Nheko also has working threads (on desktop, tye threads menu doesn't show up on mobile).I haven't used Element in nearly a year. Now I don't know if either one has video calling. I use a OnePlus 6 so I don't have working cameras.

@element Am I understanding correctly thaf current users of Element will stop receiving updates and will have to dowwnload a new app from the app store to get the all new Element (currently called ElementX)?

@element At that point will ElementX be released as a simple upgrade to Element with no need to install a new app?

@FTL_Ian That should be “T-Mobile’s service as Mint Mobile”. Mint Mobile is a wholly owned subsidiary of T-Mobile now.
