       @Teri_Kanefield I am very glad to know that.  I have heard that it is never a good idea to talk to a policeman.  I still do not know how to go about that, should the need arise.  I seriously doubt that it ever will arise because I am an honest upstanding citizen.  But I would like to know how to protect myself from the State.  BTW, that is one reason I follow you and read most of what you publish.

       @Teri_Kanefield It looks much better than the previous picture.  I would have liked to see a bit more headroom on the pots.  I am lucky.  My house has about a 2 foot drop to the street.  All the rain just ran off.
