@clivetrue and not true.We need wood stove charcoal to improve soils by creating terra preta. That's just about 30% less energy taken out of a piece of wood burned in a fire place completely.You can use that charcoal in dry toilets to prevent odor and humidity.You can use it to soak up urine. Human or that of farm animals.Dry toilet means no use of drinking water for to flush sh*** into a brew of harmful germs to contaminate ground water tables.#permaculture #journalism@jeffjarvis
