So my jobs karma story looks like it has a crappy ending. I was sent the official form to sign to get the background check and all that done and was informed that to access a facility I will need to access at times....I have to accept the vaccine into my life. My PCP had already advised me NOT to get this when I saw him last year. And I already had Rona and got over it. This was looking like my dream job and its all going to fall apart.

@GluedToTheScreen Not sure. I'd be running the networks at several remote sites though the job is totally remote unless I need to put hands on a switch or router for some reason. The company is a subsidiary of a larger French company so I don't know if this is a standard policy from them or what.

@Pnakp As I'm not even employed there yet I don't know if I would have much legal ground for lawsuits. I'm looking at my options but you are right, it isn't a good sign. Just sucks as they money was good, the work setup was just what I want, and there was a future for growth.

@NoBeret @Johncdvorak If you turn on TV and flip though any of the "History" channels odds are high you will find hours of programming detailing the horrors of Nazism. I rarely find anything that details the even more murderous ideology of Communism. Probably due to many of the people involved being fond of that ideology.

@Johncdvorak One thing I notice about some of my old liberal friends here in the dystopia that is Saint Louis, is living in squalor is a virtue. Moving to a decent area is "running away". They are proud shitholers! I got out and its the best move I ever made.
