Either way they played the stoic petulant child of the male, into a passive slave. What good is the stoic with no personal reserve, and what good the child without glee? They know the personal reservation won’t be making like monkey due to morale, and they also know the weight of sacrificing everything for naught. To act as man has flag ship amongst a storm, is to act as if the flag he bears has not born the storm himself. Tears or tatters with quick stitch can be replaced, absolute salvage should be laid to bare amongst a flame with reverence for what was lost. Otherwise he has not met his match.

Jesus, the fuggin making of men was to preserve the fairest, is being served upon the embers, not worth the burn to salvage. Even the gods had more bearing than the stout of determination. I saw them again: whilst the shadow swim, across my eyes like something that drew me home…. A few children laughing in the distance, and I gathered the bundle of the day, a glance at a ripe tomato and into a dry field as they run and play… until it was no more. While I screamed, in panic, where where they? The lick and spittle across my arms was nothing the sun had not crossed before, the sweat nothing of a season we had not endured “Mommieeee!!” She screamed. We searched amongst the lost daylight and paleness of the sunset at a smoke harvest time. Some son of a good time man and his grin on the ground before him….
