I suspect I got poisoned this afternoon,not my fault,just bad luck and one of those things. Scary symptoms which have now significantly decreased after several hours. I should be fine but may not sleep much tonight. If I wasn't so healthy I would have had to go into hospital. Most likely, due to having health as a hobby, I saved a hospital bed for someone. Looking after yourself is not just a selfish thing.

Beware ,Irish scammers are back in Melbourne for the summer. Today we received an unsolicited,very vague offer to do work in our backyard by a large guy with an Irish accent. One "no" wasn't enough although he eventually left. The advice from authorities is - don't accept unsolicited offers of work.

My battle with hackers is very back and forth. Recently they gained control again,web browser sluggish,DVD thrashing,buttons and menu items not working properly in the browser. They even blocked my access to this website semi permanently. Their reasoning would be for me to think my security measures are problematic and that i would reverse them. No way. Not a chance,ever. I even got a scam text today on my phone regarding a crypto website that I had logged onto yesterday. I had no choice but to strengthen my security measures again and viola, I can log back on here again with ease,browser fast and functional again. I do not know how long until things stop working again. I totally understand why cyber security people get paid well and have a tough job. I am partly getting paid for it a small amount and that is enough for me. Pretty good actually seeing as though I have no formal training and probably metaphorically I'm being a Wally with water a lot of the time. I know I have got things very easy in life compared to many. A lot would say too easy but none of them know me.
