@stux Jeezz… really? 🙆♂️🤦♂️ What is wrong with people… Keep the faith, man!Last days, in a good heart impulse, I was thinking about running my own #Mastodon instance. I’m an IT engineer and that would fulfill me & let me do something for the society too. But then came second thoughts, about constantly worrying for & working on fulfilling 🇺🇸 copyright rights, 🇪🇺 GDPR/RODO, 🔐security. And now this. No, thanks for now, I’m good.

@ruud Problem is the apps (i.e. original iOS app, but I think #Metatext as well) are unforgiving when entering a hashtag - they don’t allow us to easily use camelCase. What I mean is as soon as ‘#’ is entered, a pop-up opens 2 help in searching the right #hashtags. It is absolutely nazi about the spelling, not allowing bigCaps. #birdsite does the same. Solution is 2 enter the leading # after writing the name, then escape w/the cursor far away😁Thanks for #mastodonTips, always support UR admin🫡😉

Neither knew our #SF author, S. Lem, when he has foreseen an AI discontinuity or intelectonics / intelectronics, years ago in 𝘚𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘢 and recently - 𝘔𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘮𝘣As for state of the world, where AI is being born into today, I fully agree!

@post @forelioned Yeah, my retired mum bombards me with 23 types of water, that it has memory, etc.But on a serious note, this ubiquitous, simple, yet magical polar substance, a perfect solvent, a mixture of several slightly different sibling substances & forms at all times, never stops to amaze. @post Oh, my mind's open, I detest close-mindset of contemporary science.You don't even know how open I am😉 How, for 20+ minutes, I was searching for a video for You, from respected scientific (nomen-omen) source, on wonderful discoveries in physics & crystallography of water, which for a lay person are magic.Yet what's also true is I drive on the center of the road. Not accepting corruptible, venal scientists, but staying away from fringe too.Everyone of us has God's common sense. Use it!
