I just saw a ransom ware pop up on my dads mac book and he is in denial. my mom is getting spam calls every 60 seconds. I warned them this will happen if the did not use basic security. and now I can tell them I told then so.But now I got to fix it

@BrodieOnLinux I bought a linux magazine a few months ago with a linux DVD inside just to see how it was done back in the day with a modern twist. I also like to burn linux to DVDs as a offline archive and to dust off after a few years For the nostalgia.

well i am stuck with my #pinephone running #postmarketos with #towboot after bricking my android phone trying to upgrade the custom rom from android 10 to 12. #phosh has come as long way since i used it last.

@Venn I bought a digi design 002r last year and i can't find a compatible pcie FireWire card for my main desktop. I have been using a firewire 800 to thunderbolt 2 adapter on a 2015 Mac mini running linux.What pcie FireWire card do you recommend, or should I stick with the Mac mini
