       Ich hatte mal wieder eine ziemliche Sidequesteskalation (oder wie auch immer man das nennt).@LuftRaumfahrerin  meinte, wir müssten mal wieder Grillen. Ich meinte dann, naja, aber #vegan Grillen ist immer so nervig weil das Gemüse durch den Rost fällt. Eigentlich bräuchten wir eine #Grillpfanne, eine große.Schon hänge ich im Internet und suche große, schmiedeeiserne Pfannen. Aber so eine große Pfanne passt schlecht auf den Grill, und wie soll man die über die Feuerschale hängen? 1/x

       Im Praxistest stellte sich dann heraus, dass die Pfanne wirklich großartig ist. Die Kartoffeln sind nicht kleben geblieben oder angebrannt. Die Zwiebeln schon, aber das war mein Fehler, die hätten einfach nicht zeitgleich, sondern später als die Kartoffeln in die Pfanne gehört. Und die Bratkartoffeln waren sooo gut 😋Pilze schmoren und #Tofu und Auberginen auf dem Rost #grillen hat auch super funktioniert. Das spontane Projekt war also ein richtiger Erfolg 😃4/4 #schweißen #schweissen #vegan
