@leo Well, as a newbie to Mastodon, I hope the culture holds. Even though I was on Twitter, I lurked and never posted because I kind of hated the culture as it devolved. Being an older guy there when the internet and web started, I long to go back to a kindler, gentler time when there was respect and helpfulness.

@leo Thanks to you and Steve for cutting through the hysteria around Lastpass and giving me some usable timelines to use. I did move to Bitwarden about 10 days ago. However, as you pointed out, I will feel much safer changing all the passwords anyway. All 300 of them <SIGH>. In any event, I'm doing about 10 a day starting with the most critical and working my way down the list. But I do feel better after Security Now that I have a little time.

@kairyssdal Really? Do we all have to get our undies in a bunch about everything? Don't we all have bigger issues to worry about than how the M&M spokescandies are portrayed? Men, women, neither, both, ...they are made up cartoons to sell candy! No one is trying to develop overreaching social mores from a candy commercial. Yikes, what have we become.
