i don't exactly have an explanation for this, but my dysphoria has honestly not bothered me all that much recently? like, i still want more pronounced Secondary Sex Characteristics or whatever, but it's become easier for me to view my body as an ongoing process - literally being "in transition". i'm really proud of my body for how far we've come and i'm excited for our future. i'm gonna get even cuter! incredible!i had a serious conversation with my gf the other day about like, wanting to be cis. she struggles with being unable to "bridge the gap between being a trans woman and being a woman". which. hello, internalized transphobia. i don't mean that as an accusation or anything. the idea that trans women are in any respect permanently barred from "true" womanhood or in any way less than cis women is drilled into us by society and it makes dysphoria exponentially worse.
