@peertube This is great!Can you please change "Browse content" to "Search videos" or just "Search" on https://joinpeertube.org/ ?- "Content" is an empty, capitalistic word where what matters is the container (that you can sell) and not the art, the human expression, reduced to nothing more than a way of selling the container- The Sepia search engine allows to search, not to browse- It's always good to make it possible to 'ctrl+F' what want to do on a webpage.But again, this is great!

It's mildly hilarious when some people insist that you should teach toddlers that they can't get everything they want and let them get distressed and cry when there are many +40 year old adults that have never managed to learn that, or flatly refused to.Despite having the brain scaffolding to self-regulate emotions.Unlike toddlers.

I've just discovered how easy it is to run an old/specific version of a package using #nix and it's a bit incredible.https://lazamar.co.uk/nix-versions/ is the thing that makes it all easy, but at the end of the day, to run a previous version of immich-go that isn't affected by a bug, i just ran nix shell github:nixos/nixpkgs/f8918a1e3ea5e5549b2c78996842c6c3b47da2a8#immich-go and was in a shell with the desired version available.I didn't have to guess the specific Git revision for the version, thkfully.

@alexia It's probably time to reconsider the whole throw code into the world and assume zero responsibility thing. I get why it was important to have that for free software to be protected and take off, but as a general attitude it's become problematic.

@rzr I would like to see Smaakmakers replaced with smaller vendors, closer to the community feeling. That company has only been catering FOSDEM for a few years, and what was there before was nicer, in my opinion.
