@kathygriffin I am immunocompromised so we don't socialise, but we have just caught #Covid for the first time.It's Day 9 for me, we'll be isolating over Christmas, so thanks to our 'family member' who wanted to 'move on with their life' 😞 #AutisticsInIsolation#ActuallyAutistic

@exme Meditation does not work for me!I tried to explain to a psychologist I was seeing why mindfulness doesn't work in my case, she became really angry and shouted at me,'Mindfulness works for EVERYONE!!'.Well it doesn't work for me!And it doesn't work for lots of other #ActuallyAutistic ppl I've talked to, so you're not alone! It's so upsetting when we're made to feel that it's something wrong with us.I find taking a walk amongst trees super calming...#SayNoToMindfulness 😄
