       Been working on an Arcan appl, and related tui and shmif clients, for the past month or two. Still not quite ready to show it off but it's the culmination of several threads. Pretty well dedicated to getting it out there. This is my not-so-tacit public commitment to show something by Oct 1st.It should be interesting addition to the Arcan appl-verse and my primary goal is for it to serve as a vehicle for discussion around the philosophy of software design and the role of software in technology.

       I've thought about  "The Cost Benefit Analysis Song" by Stafford Beer almost every day this year. It's been wickedly relevant for something that is almost 50 years old.

       I wrote some about cybernetics in software, in response to a question I got. I'm still not to happy with what I ended up with. The volumetric size of the arguments increases faster than the surface area.That said, I think the philosophical aspects of it are really important. The second part alludes to a cybernetic discussion of Arcan and I'm still mixed on how far down that road I want to go.If you want to read it, feel free to DM otherwise, I need to chew on it a bit.
