@UROCKlive1 I just don't know how to reach people with such fragmented media habits (ignoring the folks who are beholden to fascist propaganda). It was a lot easier when we had 3 major stations & PBS.Granted, it doesn't help that just about every media outlet both-sides everything and subtly (and often not so subtly) gives the GOP the advantage in messaging.

@stopgopfox FEAST.I’m Indian-American and she’s a member of the Indian Wall of Shame (along with Jindal, Kash Patel, Pai, the asshat with the fake documentary whose name I’ve happily excised from my mind). We have to pick our battles and I’m saving my energy for people who aren’t making the world a shittier place.

Here's the #meme that kicked off my #adhd journey. My wife sent this to me 1 1/2 years ago after seeing it; it described my attempts to empathize with her over the years perfectly. In those instances I thought I was showing how I too have felt similarly - but it was always the wrong response. Wondering if any #WordPress folks can help me out. I've got a website where the admin email appears to be changed after a #WooCommerce order is attempted. The IP from the order is from Ukraine. But I think the order is a red herring.Access logs show that IP (which my firewall should have blocked, all traffic from outside NAm is blocked) hit similar #Elementor links multiple times:1 time: POST /?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments&elementor_page_id=655 times: POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=elementor_ajax&_nonce=ca568afb671 time: GET //wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/changelog.txtI think we have the culprit there - checking the version of the Elementor Pro plugin.I've loathed page builders for years (this is an inherited site), so this really sticks in my craw.

@statmonkey This feels like the logical progression of federalism, whose only purpose seems to have been to allow states to be fascist if they wanted. I’ve never understood why a citizen’s rights were allowed to be different depending on where in the country they are located. It defeats the purpose of being a nation, and allows a ridiculous level of chicanery.

@statmonkey I can't say I'm pleased to be correct :/ I just don't know how we're really going to enact change when the structural hurdles (like the Electoral College, federalism, etc) are immense AND so much of our governing seemed to have been wholly dependent on the people being nice & cooperative with minimal accounting for bad faith actors.And while I am all for an active citizenship, the fascists know that it's highly improbably that we can vote in sufficient numbers to kick them to the curb. I'm worried that we're in slow motion death spiral.
