For native Russians "bucha" word used only in adage-like phrase "Устраивать бучу", which is means "making a scandal/fuss". And regular Russians use it pretty rarely (especially young ones).In the same time Bucha for native English speakers have scarry or terrible effect. Like it pretty close to "butcha" or even "butcher". So I mean the whole incedent could have a phyco effect, especially in a way what Mr. Bider says about Putin.(2/2)
