       @the5thColumnist Remember Justin Trudeau's promise in 2015 to end FPTP.Sadly, Canada has such a complete and total lack of inspirational, rational leadership that voting against the Liberals feels like either a vote for the insane or a wasted vote. Fortunately, Ontario got a real good taste for what voter apathy can bring, so perhaps this will motivate the general public in future.

       @qdot @mcc nothing is. Discord is a cesspool, it’s harder to communicate in any Discord channel than IRC/Slack.Where I probably break with my fellow 40+ crowd is that I’m mostly ok with Slack. It still has much of the same “can’t archive, can’t search, can’t use third party client” that Discord does but at least it’s not constantly trying to “beadazzle” the chats or beg individual users to pay to crap^Wbling up the conversations even more.
