@selea I always feel that way about book cover design. If they paid for a type designer &/or illustrator to do original cover art instead of slapping some clip art together, they KNOW it's a good book that will sell.

@stux Good move. Literally nothing is stopping Thread accounts from having an additional fedi acct to extend their reach. I know for a fact there are people on Bluesky who still pop over here to repost content and interact.

@futurebird YES. I never used Walmart.com before but the hospital therapist recommended a specific raised toilet apparatus. I never used them before, so I made an account and ordered it.Immediately after receiving the receipt, they cancelled the order with no explanation. I tried to delete the Walmart account, but was unsuccessful. My advice would be to look elsewhere.I ordered a similar apparatus for the same price off Amazon and it came the next day.

@futurebird That makes a sense that it’s a little curved if it was on a huge roll prior to being trimmed to size. And I know there are two slightly different surfaces to paper and the pack often has a arrow to let you know which is the better side. We were advised keep it in a solid stack, too, but to fan one end of the stack with a thumb to separate the pages to prevent jams. Our machine was eager to swallow and choke on multiple sheets.
