LVM tools parse their command line options non-strictly so all of these are equivalent:vgchange --lockstart vgvgchange --lock-start vgvgchange --locksta vgvgchange --l-o-c-k--s-t---a-r-t-- vgIt's an, interesting, UI approach for sure

Every new generation of programming languages seems to abbreviate "function" shorter. In Lua it's "function", in GDScript it's "func", in Rust it's "fn"...The logical progression is for languages to remove the word altogether, and when that happens they might as well just prefix the function name with the return type... right? :thinkerguns:

"What is really needed, [Linus Torvalds] said, is to find ways to get away from the email patch model, which is not really working anymore."https://lwn.net/SubscriberLink/952034/922c90d8097bd209/Well I didn't think I'd ever read those words but I'll be glad to see Linux development moving in that direction.[Edit: replaced link with a free-to-view link]

@futurebird I don't normally think about it but when it comes to the front of my mind I slow down and sometimes have to look at the keyboard. It's kind-of like those "you are now breathing manually" or "you are now aware of your tongue in your mouth" mind games.
