       @fcktheworld587 don't act - I find comfort in just sitting, feeling the air, knowing that everything just exists and so do you. Take it and be kind to yourself. Even if you can't share it, or everyone intrudes into your sphere, nothing is more important than being alive and experiencing life.Idk if that helps :)
