@breadandcircuses @emmreef @violetmadder Remind me again, which party appointed the supreme court justices that decided Citizens United and McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission? These cases opened the flood gates to money in politics, and it was very much a one party job.Splitting the progressive coalition in 2024 would be a gift to Fascism & the GOP. @brewsterkahle My understanding is that this irreplaceable building was demolished to make way for a parking garage. The people of Cincinnati got this as a consolation prize -- a main library that looks like it was sh*t out by some huge mechanical monster.
