@kev @vandys I'm pretty sure alternative web engines are banned on iOS, so even the firefox app just uses the same web engine as safari under the hood.

@martijnbraam That is correct. I noticed that just before going to bed and I plan to implement that today.

@linmob one cannot underestimate how many hours I spent trying to determine whether to prefix the version string with a "v" before tagging the first release of a recent project.

@kev @akselmo I see C# and C, but did you forget C++?(I'm also going to take this opportunity to request a Zig emote: https://ziglang.org/)

@Zergling_man @thelinuxEXP > Anyone that finds their way to the wrong one did it wrongMatrix has room discovery built-in and it likely shows the matrix.org one for matrix.org users. If the user-facing feature for finding rooms is the wrong way, then that's a deficiency of the program and not the user's fault. The "feature" should be fixed or removed.

@JF @PINE64 dumb question: what does "the address" refer to here?

@craftyguy hmm that's not bad at all. I'm curious what the numbers would be when using the internal drive (though I assume USB drives eat some amount of power too). That power consumption during suspend definitely needs work, but I might consider this laptop if that gets fixed.(Thanks for the quick reply and useful info!)

@craftyguy compiling the kernel and running VMs sounds pretty heavy. I think my current laptop would be just about out of battery if subjected to that workload. Good stuff.
