Wie Ihr wisst, ist es ganz anders. Es geht nicht um "kein Personal für 1719 Kliniken", sondern"kein Personal für X Patienten",Das ganze Bertelsmann-paper (und auch diese analoge Reform) drehen sich um Luftbuchungen bzw. den Punkt der _Patientenvermeidung_ insb. für Kliniken.Die Reform dient, wenn man die Essenz herauszieht, inhaltlich nur sekundär einer anderen Klinikstruktur. Selbige ist das Vehikel, um Fälle aus dem stationären in den ambulanten Bereich zu verschieben.

Wir werden ja durch eine Umstrukturierung nicht weniger häufig krank und eine OP wird nicht billiger. D.h. die gleichen Patienten werden anders behandelt und erfasst. "Mehr ambulant" bedeutet "weniger Klinik-Übernachtungen" und damit "weniger Klinik". Aus dem Auge, aus der Statistik(sic)! Die OP findet dennoch statt.Beispiel gefällig? Mandel-OP:

In Deutschland sind die Kinder (bei anderen OP´s wie das mit dem Auge (Katarakt; Linsentrübung) weniger ausgeprägt, aber auch s.u.) dann eben häufiger stationär. Wird vor allem eines, nämlich anders erfasst und abgerechnet. "Erfolg". Das "ohne Klinik" das ambulante Gegenstück m.E. an gleicher Stelle (nur ohne Betten) installiert werden muss ist tricky.Jedenfalls ist die Hälfte dazu präsentierter Statistik [auch v. Ländervergleichen] sehr fragwürdig und unvollständig bis unbrauchbar.

Das Bertelsmann-paper setzt da die Benchmark imho. -> Wir sprechen über 4mio KH-Fälle weniger durch Ambulantisierung, -> also etwa jeder 5. Fall aus der Krankenhaus-Statistik heraus, ggfs. das doppelte.

Der Plan - jeder Plan dieser Richtung - besteht also im Kern daraus, diese 20% herauszunehmen und den Rest zu verdichten. Das Benchmarking zielt sogar auf mehr ab, wobei da vermutlich Länder wie SWE und NL enthalten sind. Bekannte Wirkung.Aber - und deswegen dieser Thread - das kann man den Menschen nicht verkaufen. Daher wird erklärt, es gehe um Qualitätssteigerungen. Geht es nicht. Es geht um Einsparungen und umlabeln der Fälle, heraus aus der Krankenhaus-Statistik.

@ml @asayakkara @tiago @academicchatter So without quotings with feedback-options you lose the effect to discuss something with the original poster as well as with your followers (at one time) and you lose all the subsequent networking effects mentioned above.

Not where, not how exactly.So adding a link your follower know where Weiland wrote about Bassani. If Weiland is a good tooter he will add a link to Bassani.- Weiland still don´t know about my comment- Weilands follower can´t find my comment- Bassani and Followers are completely out
