Still hurting over Kuroneko Ramen. Had to modify my original review from two years ago from 5 stars to 3. I specifically praised their tonkotsu ramen, today it was oily and watered down with fatty tasteless chashu. Partner's donburi had gluggy rice. How hard is it for them to have decent rice? No Japanese cooks in the kitchen today and I'm not confident that their replacements know the flavours and techniques adequately judging by today's meals.The Sutherland Shire is a food wasteland.
