       @orbifxThese are local authorities (municipalities) who provide social housing with limited (tax payer) money. They have been systematically burned by tenants who have been unable to pay rent due to delayed welfare support.

       @orbifxI definitely agree that housing is a utility that is needed by all, but ethically, public institutions need to be accountable to their taxpayer's. That said, the private companies building the housing are getting fat off their margins, and zoning laws seriously restrict the availability of affordable housing. If it wasn't such a despotic country, I'd point to Singapore as an example of how to handle public housing.

       Playing around with simplex noise in love2d using #fennel. Here is my first take at generating islands based on moisture and elevation, where elevation is dependent on the distance of the tile from the center of the map. The tiles are from the LPC collection.
