@captain_arepa@cachapa.cc I don't think this AI, even if you give it all the GPUs in the world can produce working hacking code reliably to increase its power. I tried to work with AI "agents" and it's the dumbest thing ever. Even if it knows it being tested, it needs tools to take us over.

@captain_arepa@cachapa.cc If we suddenly will invent GPUs that are 10000x faster, then I'd be worried. For now it's too stupid to do anything destructive, unless someone vibe codes nuclear launch things with those lol. Ngl those ai safety people seem weird to me. I saw many posts about them. And like bruh, it's pretty hard for them to be consistent and aware enough to do something actually smart. Human brain is way superior. Even though it forgets things all the time, the raw power and efficiency of it is insane compared to computers.
