@boilingsteam Worth noting this is about "third parties", i.e. you may be infringing on third parties by continuing to use the software as Adobe themselves are no longer licensed for those third party components. The only examples I can think of are codecs, which are encumbered by patents, and the proprietary color palette they had to remove.

@heisedeveloper Es geht nicht um Ängste, es geht um die Tatsache, dass mit KI Verantwortung an Entscheidungen abgegeben und dadurch Benachteiligung und Diskriminierung automatisiert und mit generativer KI das Urheberrecht von Künstlern und Entwicklern ausgehebelt wird, was letzten Endes wieder nur eine Umverteilung von unten nach oben bedeutet.

@EU_Commission Sure, it's effective at "tackling climate change". It completely failed to prevent it though. The goal used to stay under +1.5°C. Now Obama crawls out of the woodworks to tell people it's still a victory if we can prevent +3.5°C. That's extinction level change.
