@freemo @smollestbunny @aurynn @admin can someone explain to me why I would even consider blocking qoto? They don't seem to have hateful content. Why do I care about their block list? Does them not blocking Nazi instances mean the posts somehow bubble through even when you blocked the bad site? Very confused about the drama here.

@tante i much prefer the current AI hype over the previous ponzichain mania tho. Especially the remains of the AI bubble will likely be actual progress instead of just buildings full of e-waste.

@marcan @dalias this reminds of the kernel stuff i have to read from chinese android TV boxes that have some chinese comment about camera in QQ being backwards so they flip it in kernel if the caller is QQ
