       @oldmanmike I was never very involved on that site, but at this point I refuse to post or comment. I still go over there to read things and see how bad it's getting, but I'm only reading. I look at it as sometimes watching right-wing news and listening to conservative radio to hear what they're saying.

       I found myself in Covid-based fear and depression twice this week. First, the hosts of an older podcast I’m binging during drives wished everyone the happiest and best 2020. Hearing how happy they were - and knowing what they didn’t know was coming - flipped my stomach.Then, tonight, I watched two March 2020 episodes of QI on BritBox which had been recorded with no audience. They kept announcing that things would be “back to normal” in two weeks, and my heart just went crazy. I’m sure my blood pressure and heart rate rose by an unhealthy percentage.I don’t know that this will ever go away for me. I’m out, traveling and playing music and connecting with all the people I can, and I still have no control over myself when Covid memories elbow their way to the front of my brain. And it seems to be so much worse when I see or hear recordings of people talking during the early stages of the crisis. It takes me right back there, and I hate it.
