I’m not saying we have a transit nerd or anything but tonight we made roasted beet and squash salad with wilted greens which turned out really well but when he asked for seconds, instead of having it mixed together he filled his WMATA plate by color so the beets are on the coming Maryland purple line, raspberries on the red line, squash on the yellow line, chard on the green line, and blueberries on the blue line.
