       @planetmozilla I wish Mozilla would start treating Linux phones as first class citizen, Even with just community built fixes Firefox is great on a Linux phone and the primary app platform as there aren't many native apps for 3rd party services.Mozilla should look at need and start catering to the Linux phone community as displacing the duoploy in mobile ecosystem is in everyone's best interest.#linuxphone #postmarketos

       @craftyguy I daily drive pmOS as I'm ideologically committed to disrupt the duopoly in the mobile compute ecosystem, But at the same time I think alienating entire Android user base is not good for that agenda; They should be encouraged to use aftermarket android ecosystem like LineageOS, microG, F-droid etc. and make the switch to a mainline Linux phone when they're ready.#linuxphone #lineageos

       @rudolf I daily drive both @postmarketOS  & @LineageOS. I'm glad they both exist.Mainline Linux Phone is needed to give consumers a choice apart from the duopoly, Granted it's not yet ready for mainstream yet but to ensure that one day it becomes a viable choice just like in the PC world we need to support its developers now.I think I need not explain how the duopoly is holding the mobile compute for ransom & how it's being exploited by nefarious actors to affect society at large.#linux

       I've had North Indian acquaintances ask me why you tamizh folks always talk about the language?It's hard to explain, But I know what it's not about - Superiority; Personally for me any kind of pseudo-nationalism is foolish & dangerous.At the same time, Over my lifetime I've met people from different faiths and genders in TN with names like Tamizhmagan(Son of Tamizh) & Tamizhmagal (Daughter of Tamizh); I'd like to protect that identity which surpasses common differences.#mastindia #tamil
