       @simon @martin I started a Twitter-based literary journal back in 2009 (my last year of undergrad), and part of my hustle was trying to get adult grad-student/faculty writers to join Twitter and submit something. One of my two hardest sells got his account quickly hacked or hijacked for spam within a year, but has gone on to tweet over 1800 times. The other now has over 7000.If people continue to enjoy the experience of the network, I think it can overcome initial impressions/resistance.
