@calculsoberic Android Lightning browser gives a clue. DDG and Moon Browser (Android Pale Moon) deliver the same message. Where that protocol error originates... Hmmm. A Traceroute might tell whose in the middle that might have interest in messing up the transport... perhaps, but I don't have access to that tool atm

@vice What plan? Here's the plan. Billionaires go to the moon and we parboil, get heat stroke and drown. Note the recently passed US #Infrastructurebill. Roads, bridges, broadband, railways and ports are all necessary for efficient internal military operations. That IS why the US interstate highway system was built, and these are also required for troop movement and communications. Nothing green here except for military uniforms @calculsoberic

Cities are trying all sorts of evasions but without "Shelters" as defined in the original Bell v Boise case's DOJ brief (actually, and somewhat humorously, it defined what adequate shelter ISN'T, and NOWHERE in California meets those specs) whatever lawz a city makes would immediately be thrown out. @0xf0 Tell me you don't own one of these environment destroyers @stux. Zero vehicle emissions, but it's manufacture emits more than an ordinary car, not to mention how inefficient power generation is. May as well just run on fuel. Itcwould use less than charging it. Also, completely non-recyclable at the end of it's lifespan. Composite plastics, alloy metals that can't be re-smelted, and DEADLY TOXIC batteries.

@stux @0xf0 I went from class A tractor-trailer driver to No Class back in the late 1990s. Was a lifelong motorhead with a mechanical skillset capable of engine/trans rebuilding given the proper equipment. Came to the conclusion that not only were they an ecological nightmare no matter the vehicle, but a mental environment... sociological and mass psychological nightmare as well.
