@josh I've been using EasyDNS for a couple of decades, a company based in Toronto. While I can't say how "bulletproof" they are as a company, I'm subscribed to its founder and CEO Mark Jeftovic newsletter (covering general news), and he sounds based and pro free speech in his ideology.

@Chaos_Ecksdee @Jim I'm partial to "Cochino Furioso". In Spanish "Cochino" has the double meaning of "pig" (more of a squealing type of pig), as well as an adjective meaning "disgusting" or "dirty".

Whatever misgivings you, or I, or anyone may have about Tim Pool (and rightly so), going there will get the ball rolling on this story being spread. He has a very large and influential audience, and this whole thing *needs* to be known and exposed, far and wide. Crowder, Trigonometry, and others are also good - Crowder in particular I believe would be very happy to hear about this whole thing and give it the attention it deserves, given the open dislike he has for tranny activists and all the censorship and deplatforming troubles he's gone through.

@Grimwing @josh He certainly did, despite his gaslighting about it lately. I clearly recall listening him on one of his podcasts mocking non-vaccinated people and defending masks.

@HMo1166 @InvisibleTsar I won't pretend I'm not having a blast following this whole saga, and your hilarious antics against the Cochino Rabioso - but on the flipside, as a father and as someone who also enjoys living a quiet and private family life, it's also heartbreaking to think what you must be going through. Cheers.

@josh Coincidentally I was just watching this chair analysis / comparison last night, as my chair is also falling apart. The bottomline is that gaming chairs are not recommended, and is better to go for office chairs: youtube.com/watch?v=9Yhc6mmdJC4

@chudbere I had never watched Ralph on cozy.tv, just clips people made of him on their own videos, but I went there tonight to check things out after seeing some comments, and holy shit this guy is diving head first onto an early grave. As much as I laugh at him, damn Piggie, get yourself together, if only for your daughter and wife.

@DisasterHighway @Mamako @josh @2Pure4Purell @Kheapathic I've lived in China (my wife is Chinese), as well as the US (I'm half American) and a few European countries, so I can offer some perspective on this.About 10 years ago, when I was living in China, it was hands down the best place to live. As long as you stayed away from politics, you had the biggest amount of freedom in your day to day life than any other Western country. And staying out of politics is a very easy sacrifice to make - it's a pointless waste of time anyway.Things have obviously gotten much worse over the last years with Xi Jinping and his Covid policies, which have ended up turning large portions of the population against the CCP. I do believe the seeds have been sown for a big political change in China, which I think will happen particularly once Xi's generation dies off - the generation that grew up under Mao - and is replaced by the newer generation that has grown up under rampant consumerism and much broader perspectives on the world.

@Zartura @josh @DisasterHighway @Mamako @2Pure4Purell @Kheapathic I watched Peter Zeihan on Chris Williamson's and Triggernometry channels some time ago (both of which I recommend, they keep coming up with good and interesting interviews), and it was all doom and gloom. It's certainly food for thought, and while I'm certainly no geopolitics expert, I did research Zeihan a bit and turns out he's been singing the same song for nearly 20 years now, wrongly predicting that China was already going to collapse years ago.Is he right this time? I can't personally say - certainly demographics is a big challenge for many developed countries, but on the other hand I've seen doom and gloom merchants come and go all through my life, back to the '70s when it was all about how the world was running out of oil on how an ice age was coming. His critics claim he doesn't understand China and the enormous and untapped growth potential it still has in the countryside. China has a scale in many regards that escapes Western perspectives. One thing I do know, is that I see in Chinese people a willingness for hard work, growth and improvement that I don't see in the West nowadays. And whereas in the West, governments, institutions and media have bought fully into the climate hysteria and are seemingly trying to do anything they possibly can to discourage Westerners from having more children, the Chinese government is fully aware of the problem and is doing the exact opposite, launching programs to incentivate and educate young couples into forming traditional families and procreate.

@Jim @Eiswald @josh That's the reason crypto is very big in Africa. Apparently Nigeria, which has a population of 150 million people, is the country with the largest use of Bitcoin in day to day transactions. Their government tried banning Bitcoin outright a year ago, launching instead their own CBDC (a crypto controlled by a central bank / government), but since nobody used it and people continued to use Bitcoin nonetheless, the government reversed the Bitcoin ban a month ago. Also Cardano (ADA) is very focused in Africa, seeking to reap the enormous opportunity presented by the millions of people without access to regular banks.

@GatorTime @Amalek_Respector @Flamenco Monster is a masterpiece. I even downloaded all the episodes, put them on USB drives, and gave a copy to all my family members, as I believe it's something that normies would appreciate. They all ignored ofc, except my 70 year old mom, who did enjoy pretty much.

@William_The_Dragonborn @Jim @billy_hughes Meanwhile, transport secretrary Pete Buttplug, instead of talking about the absolute shitstorm brewing in Ohio, adressed the *real* problem: "There are too many white construction workers."

@josh This reminds me: while Cloudflare justified deplatforming Kiwifarms because of "immediate threat to human life unlike we have previously seen from Kiwifarms or any other customer before", I was just watching an interview with a 14 year old girl in the Donbas who, along with 300 other minors and thousands of adults, is on a Kill List / doxing website run by the Ukrainian government and hosted by Cloudflare, for the crime of making a video calling for peace Kiev didn't like. When a human rights organization made a petition to Cloudflare to block this Kill List website, it was promptly ignored. Maybe this girl should troon out first before Mathew Prince believes her life is in genuine danger.m.youtube.com/watch?v=f9MVoS1iYNE

@ThotsAndOpinions I live in Spain so I'll provide context about this new law, and how this is something most Spaniards are against (I can't read the RT article because the assholes at my ISP are blocking that site).Currently the Socialist party holds the Spanish government, but they don't have enough majority to do so, so a few years ago they let the extreme far left party be part of the government to reach the necessary majority. This included giving the Communists a few ministries, which are run by a bunch of retarded women with no IRL experience but with heads filled with idiotic Marxist nonsense.Ever since they've been putting out nonsensical and counterproductive laws, the latest instance being this one about animals, which as usual has caused a lot of heated discussions amongst Spaniards. This new law, aside from decriminalizing sex with animals (as long as there's no physical injury), also may put you in jail for killing rats or snakes invading your home. This year there are general elections and all the polls show these Communist retards will be thrown out of power, and it's expected the new right-wing government will undo all this nonsense.

@Skrorg @ThotsAndOpinions I'm not sure if this would even apply to killing rats with traps, but basically this new law gives huge fines and jail time for killing any sort of vertebrate animal. Also, 200.000 fines if your dog gets pregnant. On the other hand, I live in the countryside and last year there were some rats around my house. I tried traps (both mechanical, glue and poison based) and that didn't work for various reasons: apparently rats are smarter than we take them for, and will avoid "suspicious" things, or if they detect human smell. And also, the traps I laid did catch birds I didn't want to kill.So in the end I started patrolling around the areas where rats tended to hide with my guns and that did take care of the problem.

@PorkCow @ThotsAndOpinions If these communists and filo-terrorists (literally - Bildu, the party of ex-ETA members are also part of the current government) remain in power through "fortified" elections, I wouldn't discard a civil war sometime in the future, a lot of Spaniards are very pissed off... we've been there before.

@Jim @SavageGerbil @TheFrenchTickler I've been growing things on simple raised beds in my garden since moving out of the city a couple years ago, and aside from being a relaxing hobby I enjoy, what has been truly incredible is just how good our tomatoes taste. The store bought ones taste like wet cardboard now, I suspect they get picked up green and allowed to mature during transport and storage.Other vegetables (like zuccinni) are not worth it in my opinion, they take a lot of space / work, are cheap at the store, and I can't really tell the difference. But home grown tomatoes are incredible, so tasty and juicy, particularly if you look for special breeds - I'm mostly focusing on Italian varieties. I'm now researching how to build a proper greenhouse so I can grow them during winter as well.Other things to grow at home that are significantly better than store-bought produce are peppers and pumpkins, there is a surprising amount of different varieties in seed form that I haven't seen fresh as well (though pumpkins take an enormous amount of space).

@Jim I wonder if there's any artifact of Western mainstream media these days that is not blatantly engaging in trendy nigger fetishism.
