@brian @realcaseyrollins infections are the very least of your concerns tho. Pill aside, syphilis, HPV (which can you, a man, anal cancer), and other diseases, aren't cute.

@brian @realcaseyrollins STI testing could have also been done months ago and they're saying they're still clean. Unless y'all are mega exclusive, raw shouldn't be law. Also yeah, guys can get HPV, Trichomoniasis, and a ton of other stuff.

@brian @realcaseyrollins Ah, no. I'm not attacking her at all, and if it came off that way, I apologize. I was making a general statement that people can and often do lie, so you need to exercise caution because it can bite you in the ass. While yes, bacterial infections can be treated, viral ones often cannot.

@realcaseyrollins @brian you are thinking of HIV which, yes, if the person carrying HIV is on their meds and their viral loads are tested and undetectable, then it is untransmittable. And while HIV is a big one, it is one of many and one of the only ones, admittedly that I know of, which can be treated/mitigated with meds. Often, people who have sex with people in high-risk encounters and people who may have HIV, use PrEP to protect themselves.
