@tomjennings I'm grateful for the extensive post & that it is public. It makes for good community sharing. My impression is that your final point illuminates the others, to some extent. If one feels it's all good as it is, and not trying to make it something else, that might partially explain the other points, such as little luck in getting others to adopt it. Enthusiasm and energy can be infectious.
