@chris @lednabwm Secular humanism approach to providing the maximum benefit to the maximum number of people does not equal disallowing access to choice, it means minimising a lack of choice imposed by others. Do as they like, providing they do not impose their values on others to the extent that a person's liberties are restricted. That also doesn't mean a free-for-all, unless we want societal collapse. If someone is offended a different view of way of life exists, then don't engage in it.

@chris @lednabwm Chris, that's an extraordinarily blatant strawman, mixed with an unhelpful amount of a false dichotomy.How is secular humanism colonizer BS. I've not stated that a belief cannot exist, only that an observant does not have the right to impose their values on others. Their values can exist, I don't have to agree with them nor do I have to allow them to restrict you either. They are free to observe them in a society that brings max benefit to max # of ppl.
