@feynman Deezloader is another useful tool for downloading music, it also allows you to download FLAC's. https://notabug.org/RemixDevs/DeezloaderRemix

@feynman There's always something to hack. The website has to be hosted by some piece of software.

https://any.run/ seems really cool, especially if you're too lazy to setup a Windows VM. You can slap any dangerous program on one of their VM's and see everything it does: file changes, registry read/writes, network connections, spawned processes...

Once I get a HAM license I'm going to start working on MoAR, Matrix over ammeter radio. It would probably use TCP as a backbone for data transmission (because of its error detection/correction abilities)But once all that is done we could finally have a true federated network, one that relies on no other entity such as an ISP.

@wizzwizz4 It's probably some DNS server attempting to block `github.com` by resolving it to `1.1.1.1`, which is owned by CloudFlare and thus has a CloudFlare certificate.

@wizzwizz4 I'm not sure, possibly a corrupted cache. Although it could be an problem with the upstream DNS servers.

Great, my server's drive (SSD) had an incident with some bad blocks, now I'm going to buy a new one :/And yes, everything important is backed up elsewhere.

Recently Riot/Matrix has really improved. And E2EE is finally a lot more polished. For context: I've been using it since it was "stable"

My goddamn ISP still doesn't support IPv6, its been **8 years** since the spec was published, for gods sake. And yet they *apparently* support IPv6 but the crappy router they provide doesn't work with it.They worst part is that they will be rolling it out over the "next few years", like WERE ALREADY OUT OF IPV4 ADDRESSES

This is a bit of a far shot. But does anybody have any info on differential encoding used in FengYun HRPT. If so it would be incredibly useful and highly appreciated.

@skunksarebetter Ha, that's actually the software I'm working on with the developer. The problem is that there's 2 data streams and they somehow need to be interleaved with each other.

@sir The great CloudWall must be feeling very sensitive today, every request (so far) to a website with it gives me a captcha. Funny read after the captcha though.

Looks like #youtube-dl development has been temporally resumed on GitLab https://gitlab.com/dstftw/youtube-dl/ (the latest commits are GPG signed with the same key that was used on the official GitHub repo)And as usual, here's a mirror: https://git.xerbo.net/xerbo/youtube-dl
