       @art Not if you do live in the EU. You can get extended support for free.For everyone else, try Linux it's awesome 🙂  My old Lenovo T440s is running Linux for 2 years now.First as dual boot, now there is only Linux left 🙂

       @Stomata @ml @Vivaldi You properly did hardcode al the entries, right?Or did you put there some kind of backend to store those? Properly not worth the effort for that solution.

       Finally found a solution for my Linux notebook getting quite hot.Before I used "auto-cpufreq" but as I learned that will only switch the power profile based on different information.Yesterday I added, as written in the documentation, "thermald" as a service. Now it does limit the frequency if needed.I'm quite happy now.#Linux #Notebook #CPUFrequency
