       @fitheach I do love Scotland!  I live in the US but my father was born in Glasgow in 1915 and moved to the US in 1925 and later became a Naturalized Citizen. I have visited Glasgow, the Highlands, and Edinburgh!  It is a beautiful and wonderful place and I would gladly live there!

       @fitheach is I love the Highlands of Scotland.  What a beautiful place!  Long live the Lock Ness Monster!  I took a 7 day bus tour fro Glasgow through Inverness and down to Edinburgh!        @fitheach My father’s name was Walter Nelson and he was born in Glasgow in 1915.  He moved in his twenties to Montreal, Canada and then later to New York City.  A few years later, he became a Naturalized Citizen.  He always talked fondly of Scotland.  He often said that he was a big fan of Queen Elizabeth.  So I went to Scotland in 2008 for a 10 day visit and took a bus tour.  I started with 2 days exploring Glasgow.  The bus took me through the Highlands….out of space-to be continued 😃

       @fitheach Story continued:  The bus took me to Loch Lommond, Rob Roy’s Cave, Loch Ness, Cawdor Castle, one Whisky 🥃 Distillery 😃, Inverness, Balmoral Castle, Colloden, St. Andrews, ending with 2 days exploring Edinburg.  Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 was an adventure that I will never forget!  You are very lucky to live in the Highlands!
