@Rasterman Hood is basically in Mexico, just outside the gates is known cartel territory and if you're white you're in trouble, and if you're black you're grade A fucked. The staff are almost entirely abusive. Officers don't care if their female soldiers get raped, they just don't want it to get out because the blow back would make the unit look bad.NCO's are terrified of their officers because of the culture and fear of having their careers ruined. Therefore they terrorize their guys and regularly put them in danger if the officer messed up rather then risk angering them by "undermining" the officers.Not every unit at Hood is like this and Hood is (for now) an exception. It all comes back to the insanely toxic environment that it's higher rank officers created and maintained so their careers could progress.
