Used "New England Brand" Blueberry Cobbler flavored coffee for cold brew again and i accidentally let it soak an extra day... or 2. The blueberry essence is extremely potent and my god does it pair with vanilla caramel creamer. Nothing should taste this good. I'm at risk of not sleeping for days, now.

@ajroach42 right? Imagine only being and to keep a shitty sales job by splitting the position between Douglasville and Hiram evenly, and being constantly "peer coached" when you're not hitting sales requirements. It literally sounds like everything I don't want to do lol. I'm so desperate to keep the lights on I don't have a choice so it's whatever but I expect misery and frustration exclusively in this particular position.

@ajroach42 pretty much the goal, I was really close to applying at home Depot but they require heavy lifting ability I think, and I have an ex in the staffing side of management who wouldn't go easy on me probably so just gonna keep shopping around and half assing salesman hellscape. But I'm counting that chicken before it hatches, they seemed enthusiastic about bringing me on board so I am waiting to hear from a dude sometime after Tuesday for further discussion. I just wanted something close and consistent and not sales. Way too much to ask these days.

Nailed the interview all the way up until the part where she asked me what model of cellphone I have, and then I proceed to blank on it and then fumble with menus like a boomer until I found About Phone and remembered it's a Motorola Edge. By demonstrating a lack of tech literacy or outright tech apathy I made myself a less valuable candidate. Honestly I'm okay with that, only being about to keep a job by driving to two locations and also constantly getting "team coaching sessions to improve sales techniques" sounded about as bearable as pissing molten glass. Anybody need voice work done on the cheap? I recently befriended a-possibly-abandoned cat who might need food and that's pretty much my reason for living these days.

@ajroach42 it's fine I REALLY DIDN'T want that job TBH. Like it didn't hit any of my markers so it wasn't anything huge. I feel bad that Randy went to bat for me, but he hates that shit hole too anyhow. He's tried a half dozen times to get into management and they keep passing him over.
