       @Aranya @Leviatar La empatía puede ser un antídoto muy poderoso para combatir el burnout laboral y encontrar felicidad en el trabajo y crear una expericencia positiva tanto a nivel individual como grupal. La empatía es una habilidad blanda. Ponerse en el lugar de otros.
