       @lowqualityfacts @Daveography That is a pretty low quality fact. AFAIK actual evidence on #wfh is decidedly mixed.Without being skilled at wading through studies, my suspicion from the articles I've read is that the result depends mostly on whether you're looking at same-worker productivity or firm-wide productivity.

       @simon This is really the same question as is answered in "The Measure of a Man." If an AI is a person, then yes, he should be able to learn from the range sources, at the same prices, as any other person. If an AI is a thing thing that is owned by a person, then it shouldn't.

       @lowqualityfacts I am convinced that these articles stem from users who view social media as a broadcast medium - a way one person can reach thousands or millions.Mastodon is geared towards human-scale interactions, which is great for community building, but not for creating a broadcast empire. Thus it's "insanely complicated" to someone trying to use it that way.
