       @StillIRise1963 @Peternimmo @msmmwelch I’m so thankful for our old IKEA high-capacity, low-footprint drying rack, which we use year round in our 750 sq ft condo. But I don’t think they make it any more…?

       @grammargirl this happens to me regularly on various platforms, most recently in a discussion about Israel on Facebook. Responding with empathy while just ignoring the cruel name-calling part does elicit a surprising number of apologies! (That said it can be really exhausting and I would never presume to tell marginalized folks they should be doing it. Plus: is it Improving the Discourse or just sucking up energy I could be putting elsewhere? Dunno)
