       @DeanObeidallah Why does the NYTimes legitimize a habitual criminal, billionaire politician like Trump? What is their payoff, profit, clicks, supporting a friend of the right wing, Republican, authoritarian movement.? Whatever, their reasons, they picture Trump in a stately, presidential manner. He is unhealthy, unhinged and he should never hold public office.

       @stux EU NATO should consider dropping the U.S.  Why respect anyone giving an ultimatum. Isolate the U.S. Better yet, the EU should threaten to open markets with China, that’ll really rile up Vance. Just because the U.S. voters couldn’t get the job done doesn’t mean that the EU has to fall in line or else.

       @aral The reconstruction and the progressive amendments to our constitution would disagree with you. FDR would disagree with you. We’re not perfect but we were heading in the right direction, until Ronald Reagan. Since then division has been the Republicans operative word, spreading racism, discord and attracting white working class by manipulating racism and bigotry to the Republican’s advantage. Today, we see the end product of their work. Chaos in favor of oligarchy.
